ABOUT US

We know that effective communication and inclusion are of paramount importance in accomplishing

missions and improving performance. This can start by (re)defining the initial objective, the issues and risks,

reviewing the success factors and producing plans that are credible and accepted. We then ensure that all

stakeholders are identified and most importantly remain engaged in the project.

Thanks to effective problem-solving techniques we ensure that projects stay on track or, when needed,

get back on track. As experienced Project Managers we have most likely already dealt with issues and

challenges similar to the ones you my currently be facing.

During our Process and Project Healthcare Audits we inspect, examine, interview and - based on our

own Project Management and Project Audit experience - we can provide an external objective view of what

is good and what is not, together with a recommended improvement or 'get-well' strategy.

Servant leadership and coaching are terms frequently used in these days of agile transformation.

They have been second nature for us over many years.

located throughout the Middle East and Africa.

PMO team lead for global outsourcing programme.
